Shooting movies in Bucharest - part 2

Our tipster came back with a few more details regarding the fees charged for shooting movies on the streets of the Romanian capital.

Oh well, it looks like things were not settled as of yet, everything is under the proposals/negotiation stage - the current proposals make a price differentiation among the types of the movies and include a special fee should the movie include Romanian casting.

The figures ventured are 2100 RON per day (about 700 euro) in the case of movies or music videos and 2600 RON per day (850 euro) for the adverts. Those are applicable to the old downtown area - for the other parts of the city, the fees are 1400 RON and 1800 RON respectively. (500/600 euro)

In the shootings casting at least 50 Romanian actors the fees are 1500 RON downtown and 1000 RON otherwise.
